Welcome to 615 Evals, a product of Travel Sports Services LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including athlete registration, evaluation booking, and profile access.

By using our website, purchasing an evaluation slot, or creating an athlete profile, you agree to these terms.

Who We Serve

615 Evals is designed for parents or legal guardians of youth athletes currently or prospectively participating in youth baseball competition with teams in the Middle Tennessee region. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

What We Provide

We provide:

• An onboarding process to collect athlete information and parent/guardian contact information
• The ability to reserve/purchase an evaluation service through a third-party system
• Athlete profiles that include video, performance metrics, and other data collected during the evaluation
• Access to view, manage, and share this profile

Evaluations and Payment

When you purchase an evaluation service, you're using a third-party ticketing system embedded on our site. All purchases are final unless otherwise noted by the event host. The standard pricing for evaluations are as follows:

• Initial position player evaluations - $199
• Repeat position player evaluations within 6 months of initial - $119
• Initial pitcher evaluations - $74
• Repeat pitcher evaluations within 6 months of initial - $49

Fees for 3rd party payments processing will be added to the invoice, not to exceed $10.

Data Collection & Usage

We collect and store:

• Parent contact details
• Athlete details (e.g., name, height, weight, age, photo, performance metrics, videos)
• Login data via Google authentication (if used)

We use this information to:

• Build an athlete profile
• Share that profile with approved local baseball organizations
• Improve our services and tools for families and clubs

Account Responsibility

You’re responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Intellectual Property

All materials on this site — including branding, design, and evaluation formats — are owned by Travel Sports Services LLC d/b/a 615 Evals. You may not reproduce or republish any part of the service without permission.

Privacy & Consent

By creating an account and uploading data, you consent to our use of that information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate evaluations and services, but we do not guarantee athlete placement or club recruitment. Our platform facilitates exposure, not outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
